Merging the bookshelf

During the weekends I always put am emphasis on developing something for MD, so on this Sunday night I am spending time merging The Bookshelf Drop-in into MD core. This feature is too important to keep separate, just as is the Videos Drop-in, so expect to see them both make their way into MD.
