Hi @atminside, thanks for your patience with my reply - I have been recovering from an illness from over the holidays!
I wanted to include Thread prefixes in XFtoWP 1.4, but they require more work to get the feature correct. Definitely expect to see this make a future release. The closest thing to this now is the ability to make tags on new thread creation.
