What happens if subscription is modified?

Hi guys

So this is my scenario with Memberpress (or Woocommerce for a friend):

1. User buys a membership and he is added to the forum automatically (to a group).

What happens if the user doesn't pay for his subscription the next month? On the website he is cancelled and no longer has access to what he paid for, but what happens on the forum side? Does it sync automatically to be removed from either forum access or from the group he was?

Hi @turmac cosmin dan my apologies for the late reply I somehow missed your question.

If you setup the "Product expiration" action in WP admin > XF > User syncing > Actions you can remove usergroups and also send a custom message on expiration. If you do not setup this expiration action, nothing will happen to the user.
