Implemented Suggestion: Option to post a reply while linking WP post to an existing XF thread

It would be nice to have an option on the XFtoWP meta box to leave a reply while linking to an existing thread.

- Leaving reply should be optional and the option should be unchecked while linking to avoid any unnecessary reply generation.

- Reply should be auto generated using a (customizable) template text, just like the post thread template.
