SEO and this forum is detrimental to your blog?

I read that Google penalizes backlinks that are not relavant to your main topic.

I published a lot of links to my web site in this forum: @Alex , how to remove them all easily? Is there an automatic way?

Google won't like those backlinks since they are coming from an English site to a French site, and from a Wordpress-related forum to a health blog.

@gauravtiwari , since you seem to be an SEO guy, what's your take on this?

Linked posts in this forum are nofollow, which means Google does not consider your links here as a backlink.

Good to know. They do appear in Google Analytics anyway.
