It prompted me to log in. What if we have a 'moderator must approve' set in Xenforo?

Any post that is approved in the thread will show, otherwise XFtoWP will not pick up on it. Also keep in mind the "comment" function you see here is from a 3rd party XF addon and isn't compatible with the plugin.
