How to change the page size? and how to change the size of the content and Sidbar?

I still have questions
in MD>Settings>Archives> Loop i selected Teaseres and Post Text "Show excerpt"
I set Read more Text, but on the page instead of the text I entered, I see [...]. Can it be changed?

I will add an option to that area to change the [...] text. It can be changed with code but that will be easier. I'll reply here shortly with an update for you.
