Do Wordpress posts create threads?

Hi,

I'd like to be able to post stories on my Wordpress site and have a thread created about that post on publish.

So for example I could write about a new iPad on the 'news' (Wordpress post) on publish a forum thread is created in Xenforo using the same title as the news story with a preview of that story.

Is that possible?

Hi @andi7879, yes, this is the exact workflow XFtoWP was designed to accommodate. Here's what the "Create thread" settings look like from the post editor:
