I need a WordPress but dont want to sync normal users only admin and admin approved bloggers
I have 3 types of users
1. main admin .. will have access to main page of word press shd be able to upload ads in any pages main/bloggers
and add a business in a simple listing directory example [www.singh.com.au]
2. publishers who will post blogs in their pages [wont control ads]
3. xenforo normal users can post in public forums

WordPress will have ads, sub blog pages + have business listings example [www.singh.com.au]
+ link to forum from main menu .

Hey @Djey, there won't be any difference. XFtoWP only makes one request to your forum every X minutes (user configurable) and stores the data to the postmeta of any given page. That means it is cached in your database and easy to access when the page makes its typical request to the database anyhow.
