A button in a table: How?

I am in the process of creating such a table:



I tested the MD blocks and default WP blocks, as well as some other plugins, but it's like Wordpress/MD do not allow to insert an HTML buttons into the cell of a table? Am I right?

I'm talking about a vertical table as above, and ideally a dynamic button changing colors when clicking it or hovering it.
