Hey Paw,
These are details I don't have just yet... I'm expecting the yearly club membership to be in the $200 range, and the 6-month membership in the $100-$150, but those numbers aren't finalized just yet.
As for your second question... still weighing the options out there. Wish I could tell you more at the moment. :/
