I was uploading images for the portfolio and after I did the fourth teaser image, the third one disappeared.

Also, sometime when I pass the mouse over the images, one of them loses the fade effect.
Actually, it lost two images.

This is a known bug... working on fixing that. Sorry about that.
For now, just pay attention to the meta boxes before you go to save your posts. Sometimes, they disappear, so if you see the fields have cleared - don't save the post. Just leave the page and go back to it.
