I love your themes! This is pobably a really dumb question though. I am pretty new to all of these themes etc.. My question is if I buy a theme can i use it right away? or do i have to buy or download Thesis or something? Can i just upload it right into my wordpress admin page? How does that work? Can i use the theme right away on its own, or do i need something else aswell?

Glad you like them! My skins only work with Thesis installed, yes. You can install Thesis right from the WP admin panel, but need to upload my skins via FTP. It's very simple to do, and there are detailed documentation + support forum here to help you get through if you get stuck.
