Resources For Installation, Ongoing Support

Is there, are there, any resources for installation and ongoing support. Not that I don't think I could do the install myself on my server... it's just not what I should be doing today/tomorrow or this weekend. Plus, having it installed properly vs. me hack it up there... means I have a stable, scalable install. I have the latest version of Thesis and WP on hosting server and purchased MD2. Thanks!
