Hi Alex,
First of all I absolutely love your site and the themes that you have created, I wish I had 1/100 of your talent!
I'm looking at purchasing Marketers Delight 2.1, does it come with sample data so I can populate,
my webpage and then add my own stuff? (I'm a big Wordpress Noobie)
Do you have nice easy tutorials to follow in pdf or support page, videos etc?

Glad you like Kolakube! Have a lot more in store for the near future.
MD2.1 does come with some sample data - such a preloaded widgets. But things like Page Leads come with a bare template and no text. However, they are extremely simple to use, no coding required.
There is a detailed documentation on the skin here - http://kolakube.com/docs/ - and this support forum if you ever need help!
