Hi Alex!
The theme looks awesome, but I have a few questions:

1. What fonts from typekit did you use on Kolakube.com and will these work with MD2?
2. Does MD2 have an easy way to upload a logo?

And this is random question, but how well do you think a skin like MD2 will fare for a business who needs to drive phone calls as opposed to one that needs email sign ups?

I used Dagny, Facit and Adelle. If you have Typekit, just follow their instructions to installing and then make the CSS edits necessary in your CSS files. Easy.

Yes, it uses the Thesis Header Image uploader so you can upload logo images right from your admin panel.

I tried to make MD a skin anyone could use. So, even if you don't have anything to 'market,' you can still have a site that looks great and puts focus on the content (which is the most important part of a design!)
