Is it easy to change the font in the header (presently Marketer's Delight 2). Is it easy to add in a logo image into that area.
I'm asking easy vs. possible, because I am not techy, and find figuring stuff out very slow going.
Also, I noticed in your free Responsive Skin for Thesis (thank you by the way) that an uploaded logo image doesn't adjust itself like the other elements of the site.
Would that occur also in Marketer's Delight, which I am mainly interested in because it is responsive.

MD will resize the header logo for you, yes. And you would upload that logo with the same option that you would using just Thesis.
If you choose not to upload a logo and just use the site title text, yes, it is very easy to change. It is controlled in your Thesis design options just like normal.
